Impact Assessments require details of spend or Origin information for catchment purposes. CUI can provide this service by either direct interview or Telephone Surveys.


To back up the spend information CUI in colaboration with our online partner can tailor an online survey to gather information for use in Retail Impact Assessments. Alternatively questionaires can be used to gather information on Origin, Destination, Modal Split or travel modes. If an online questionaire is not suitable thesde can be carried out by direct interview.


In all cases the results can be tailored to a specific report to provide details of the information collated.
